as Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity at the University of Southern California
is divided into three entities. The active chapter is known as USC TKE,
Beta Sigma Chapter. It is sometimes shortened to Beta Sigma or Beta
Sig. Nicknames for TKE USC include Teke USC, USC Teke, SC TKE, SC Teke,
or TKE SC. The alumni association is called the Beta Sigma Alumni
Association. It is for USC TKE Alumni. The corporation is called the
Scorpion Benefit Corporation. Scorpion Benefit Corporation gets its
name from the University of Southern California, sometimes called
Southern Cal, or Southern California or just SC. TKE USC is a
fraternity, not a sorority. Fraternities and sororities at USC are a
part of the Row or Greek System and belong to the IFC, or
Interfraternity Council. This Web site is a joint effort between the
Beta Sigma Alumni Association and Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity at the
